The Spano Group Wealth Managers & Consultants is also a Registered Investment Advisor, providing Advisory Services to both Institutional and Individual ClienteleThe Spano Group is regulated by the West Virginia Auditors Office, the State Securities Division, and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Patriot Institutional Consulting also does full retirement planning consulting to corporations that need to take the fiduciary duty off of the employer as regulated by the US Department of Labor, we send out the RFPs on behalf of the company and review and administer the bids and provide the plan that best meets the wants of the company.
We also supervise the retirement plan administrator and do quarterly audits of the plan. We take all of the fiduciary obligations off of the company, the company's officers, and the board of directors.
